The Trusts Waitakere Auckland Brass Band celebrates the holiday season with a festive Christmas Concert that will fill Green Bay High School’s Performing Arts Centre with the sounds of Christmas on Saturday 8th December. This countdown to Christmas begins at 2 pm.
Bring the family to listen to one of New Zealand’s finest brass bands as they ring in the holiday season with a program of yuletide favourites. Musical Director, Steven Booth, has put together a concert that will warm the heart of even the biggest Grinch.
Audience members are invited to add their voices to a sing-along and celebrate the spirit of Christmas – free song sheets provided. At half time audience members can meet musicians of the band and enjoy an afternoon tea with Christmas treats. A Grand Prize Draw will take place during the event where one lucky audience member will take home a huge Christmas Hamper to fill the pantry with festive goodies.
